It seems you're using the Baiter edition here, which is pretty much optimised already :)
You could try to higher/lower these settings perhaps in your unrealtournament.ini:

NetServerMaxTickRate=40 (my settings, read the wiki for more info on these)
LanServerMaxTickRate=35

Try this with small steps op 5 max.!!!!!

hehe

you might wanna change the site on this part and make it your site :P

KickMsg=You have been kicked because a cheat have been detected...If you feel this is in error, or you would like to appeal this, please contact the server admin at www.ClanSDA.com

And there isnt much you can do about the lag when you first enter the server. There is just too many checks being performed at once.

It is just laggy when you enter the server....right?

Yeah true it mostly lags when somebody enters. I already replaced the UTDC.ini with the original one. It's lags less :) Anyway if this doesn't work out I'll try CHSP.

yes, it will lag less with the stock UTDC.ini....but then again, you have WAAAAAAAY less protection.

and by CHSP, do you mean you'll try out the outdated 3-4 year old protection?

Don't use CSHP, it won't help you at all. Stick with Baiter's ini, otherwise you'll be very vulerable to players using cheats and exploits.
