Unknown GUID?

I am confounded. I have never tracked a GUID and received this error before:


"There are no bans for this GUID.

This GUID is not known to the UTAN database."

My server is a UTAN enabled server, and the player in question has clearly played on it for the past year. So I would expect to see at least a couple of entries.

Any ideas what would cause this error?

imo 2 options:
1) database error
2) wrong sql-query

We had a problem with the tracker table so any traq requests returned empty results.
