Some people cant join to my server :S

hi, Im Lebron.Please help me, some people cant join to my server and i dont know wait. when the try to conect the server dont conect and any people join, only this 3 people cant join. please help me

Make sure your friends have the 436 patch installed on their game. Are you running UTDC? If yes, they may need to manually install a .dll file if it didn't download from your server. Are your friends able to connect at all and then get disconnected? Or does it say connecting and it never does?
