More Updates to the UT2003 IRC Reporter
Change list is as follows:
- Perform commands now supported
- Ability to shut the bot up totally, or make it only show scores
- tweaked the colours :)
- fixed a couple of accessed nones that were pissing me off
- added three pubic commands
- added a few more commands to add a little more functionality to the bot
- now rejoins when kicked
- if the nickname is taken, it will add _?_ to the front, where ? is a random number
- no longer shows specs or webadmin
