Congrats on the new admin page. The old stand-by seems to be collecting lots of dust & cob webs. You gotta wait for ever for answer on the forum.

Hopefully this new forum and the CSHP forums will answer any and all quastions.

I got MODSUtilsV23 'working'. But it seems that it will not show the logo relaibly on my LAN side connection. Is this normal? Last night after upgrading PURE to RC51 on my server, I blew away my cahce files on my LAN gaming box, and connected to my server to make sure the redirect was in order. And to my surprise I saw my logo. Previously, when I connected from the LAN I saw no Logo, yet when I connect from work I see the logo at every start. Alas, this success was fleeting, after a re-connect to my server (LAN side) the logo no longer appeared.

Us this behaviour normal?

I've usually found connecting and doing things locally and doing them via a true internet path bring up different results ... be it game servers, ftp servers, web servers etc

Why its not always working on your LAN I do not know (does your LAN have access to the internet?)

I use this to, but i haven't upgraded to rc51 yet, im still using rc5v.
And thusfar i had "no really" prob's with displaying the logo.
But i have noticed that only a few times the logo wont be displayed. I dunno if this has to do with other text 'objects' appearing in screen when starting.
Apart from that, i have no other prob's @<hidden> all.
And im connected to the internet as well.

And follow the instructions :)

I noticed a thing though..autorecord was on. Could have been a really fully loaded HD...And i whatched one of the demos the players where gliding/looking down when they mooved....UT thing maybe :(

If the gliding effect is happening to all players then its possible you installed the CD2 textures from the original UT on your server, this will cause that effect.

If its jsut happening to that one player then it is him who has installed those textures and that is a normal side effect

I only have the server (not UT) installed only on the server computor. and all is gliding when I watch the demos :( To bad becase it´s really nice to Follow all players as a 3.rd person, that does not always work when U record Ure self.

Yep it´s a Temp logo...My first ettemt for a logo :)
But I haven´t got a hold of "The Wizz" yep.

ping was fine for me 120, considering im in the Uk and ona dsl thats very good indeed. Couldnt really tell about algg coz of sucky 15 fps bah bah bah but it felt too :)
