The major update in 4.1 is blocking the following radar that was brought to my attention last week (thanks to the contributor).

I've tested this and this radar bypasses all cheat protection prior to 4.1. So all those times you wondered "how did he know which way I was coming", you might not have been imagining things after all.
Other misc updates in 4.1 include:
- blocks translocator soundradius tweaks
- blocks shock mesh alterations (thx to Xellos for alerting me to this)
- fixed incompatibility with assault packages
- fixed delayed kick
This has already been on speedpugs and Whiskeybar/Hit The Switch for a few days.

Same installation instructions - don't forget to add the serverpackages line in server's ini file.
