UTAN error

Been getting messages like these lately in my server log:

Error: UTANUplink DM-Deck17.UTANUplink (Function LibHTTP4.HttpSock.ProcHeaders:0008) Accessed array 'ReturnHeaders' out of bounds (0/0)
Error: UTANUplink DM-Deck17.UTANUplink (Function LibHTTP4.HttpSock.ProcHeaders:0020) Accessed array 'tmp' out of bounds (1/1)
Error: UTANUplink DM-Deck17.UTANUplink (Function LibHTTP4.HttpSock.ProcHeaders:00B5) Accessed array 'tmp' out of bounds (1/1)
Error: UTANUplink DM-Deck17.UTANUplink (Function LibHTTP4.HttpSock.ProcHeaders:0131) Accessed array 'tmp' out of bounds (2/1)
UTAN: [ERROR] Unexpected response from UTAN database. (Code: 500)

Said server has some stability problems and I'm looking for the cause. Not saying UTAN is the responsible part, but would like to know what causes this error, 'cause it might lead me to the real problem.

I've got LibHTTP4 on the server btw.

also got exactly the same setup on another server with no problem at all.

How long did you see those? Do you still get them? Any idea when it started?
