mystery of the disappearing server

i had a problem earlier with not being able to get a ut server up thru a linksys router ,that problem has been resolved but now when i the server does come up people can connect ,then server disappears from the internet ,dont know how else to explain it ,thats what happens ,then no one can connect agian till i reboot the machine ,and that sometimes doesnt work either,any advice for this strange problem? thanks!!! winxp pro pentuim 4 2.26 gigs rambus 1066 512 mbs memory

sounds more router related than to do with UT specifically.....
i had a similar problem with a software proxy due to overclocking.....after a while the server could be seen but the ping would go to 9999 and no one could connect....i set the processor back to default speed and everything behaved itself after tat.....if youve overclocked processor or memory etc try default speeds and see if it comes good
