Well, it seems to have resolved itself, but I'm not sure it's gone for good.
Login failed: Could not find team for player
Join failure: Could not find team for player
When this appeared, no one could join any team games. I deleted the UT2003.ini and made some minor modifcations to the one that took it's place after starting the server.
It happened after that, but only last night. Today, it seems fine. Dunno why.
