Well first you need to start the server with a bat file or u can use this sever starter that works really well and it will restart the server if it crashes. After you got it set up all u got to do is type "exit" on the server console on your web admin.

Oops forgot link, its called serverdoc. http://serverdoc.winsoft.net.au/

FYI a bat file will restart the sever if it crashes also

First off, what kind of access do you have to this server - remote control, ftp, telnet, ssh ....?
How do you currently start your server?
What OS are you running?

Is the server running now?
Is the server set to auto restart on a crash?
