UT2003 Server "Connection Lost"

For some reason, my server just boots all players from the game and I can't rejoin it for like 30 seconds. It just comes up with "connection lost". This usually happens randomly, I'm not sure why. Anyone else experiencing this? It is a very awkward problem. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!

Ive encoutered a similar problem, conenction failed message though and so far have found no fix

I am getting the same problem with the WIN32 version of the server.

NOT that it kicks all the players, but rather that I frequently get the CONNECTION LOST on my client side on most servers I connect to..

I try to look in the logs for a clue as to why, but I find NOTHING at all to give me a hint..
