Help setting up my server

I have hired a 20 slot server from jolt and all is well, apart from the fact that i cannot seem to get it up and running.

The server logs are working fine, but everytime i try and connect to the server in TO i receive the message "TOsDATAS mismatch". what is this.
Its really frustrating.

I was told to delete some things using putty, which i did. apart from a blister file, which kept re-appearing.

Please help me...what do i need to do???? any programs that anyone used would be much appreciated. :)

go to start, run search click all files and then define the folder as UT

now search for TOsDATAS and delete it

on another note why cant i ever get into a TO server? always ssays rejected....

Besides that:
Open your UT directory, open the Cache directory.
Delete everything in it.
