This may be a bug or maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I can't seem to figure it out. I have several servers at a NOC. Everything comes into a linux box firewall. All my other boxes sit behind this box. I'm using iptables and its transparent NAT. The binding is to * which means it binds to all interfaces that are up. The IP to the firewall is 209.123.XXX.AAA (Internal 192.168.1.1). The IP to the UT server is 209.123.XXX.BBB (Internal 192.168.1.10). If I start up the server using multihome=209.123.XXX.BBB I get an error about not being able to bind the port. If I start the server as 192.168.1.10 it takes of fine with no errors. If I look at: http://ut2003master.epicgames.com/serverlist/full-all.txt or in game I see my firewall external IP (209.123.XXX.AAA). If I try to join it just hangs. If I go to "add server" and pop in the correct IP of (209.123.XXX.BBB) it takes off and joins the server. I can play with no problems. So, UT is sending the wrong IP to the master servers. To correct that you use the multihome command, I can't do that because it will not bind. I'm stuck. Ideas ???
Thanks.
