Must insert play CD?

I know this isn't a server question, but I just wanted to know if anyone had a solution. Whenever I play UT2003(retail)I have to insert Disc 1 in order to play. Is this normal? Or did I screw something up with the installation? This never had to be done with the original UT. What's different?

Yes you do and it you did used to have to with UT, they removed it though from the GOTY Edition and with the 436 Patch

Ye its normal, i think its piracy protection..

I'm glad that the linux client of ut2k3 doesnt need the CD1 to run :thumbup:
