listening admin (?)

im hosting a server on my computer for a few friends to log onto and play, but we really only want to play one map. however, only the admin and force change the maps whenever he/she wants to. Now, how do i log on as the admin?

As far as I remember, the default login/password combination for listening servers is Admin/Admin.
