The Windows Retail Version Beta Server has already been given to people in the mailing list yesterday evening i think. But the Linux Dedicated Server was still in the testing phase then.
I downloaded the 1.33 GB Full Version Retail Windows DS Files and installed them here at home on a Windows XP Virtual Machine.
It is working, and this time, the admin commands when you are logged in as admin are functional. It has also a kind of "fixed" query port system, which means, the query port for the Server isn“t totally random now, but it is set to 6500 and will go up 100 if this Port is already bound by another serverinstance.
Furthermore, the multihome command-line option should be working now.
So far i have made some testconnections, and it seems, that i can even advertise the Server and that people can join onto it by simply double clicking, although it is located behind a Router.

How do you get on the mailing list? Is the beta all that is going to be available next week when the game releases?

See http://www.unrealadmin.org/forums/showthread.php?t=25962 on how to sign up for the UT3 server mail list. Best to lurk there for information a bit, and use this resource to try and setup your server to start. http://wiki.unrealadmin.org/Commandline_Parameters_%28UT3%29
What they released was the full game version of "Windows UT3 Dedicated Server" - in beta form. No support for Win2K Server ...
