How to Install UT Pure RC 55

I tried to install UT Pure but whenever I start up a server it shows the UT Pure logo and says validating and doesn't go away. MY server partially works but I can't see my crosshair or the display and chat box. Also when I kill people it looks like they just dissappear, and the other players can't pick up a flag.

I was just wondering if there were better instructions for installing UT Pure than what was provided by the zip pack.

The ones that come with the zip are IMO fine as they cover everything.
Post the contents <code>[Engine.GameEngine]</code> section of your ini file please

Doggroomer was able to run the server successfully when running in dedicated mode but not otherwise. Does this make sense to anybody?

Aha!

UtPure does not work in listen mode (ie. starting a server from the client)

Only works in dedicated mode.
