Voting Privelidges?

I remember all the powerful AdminMod versions made for the popular Counter-Strike. They did cool things like adding voting privledges, auto-kick for certain conditions, and other useful things that make it easier to be an admin. Does anyone have plans for a similar mod for UT2k3 servers? Or is there something already out there that I've completely missed?
