As I have posted in the unrealtournament2003.com forums. I have setup a public redirect that will allow users to upload thier maps to the server.
Maps must be less then 10meg Compressed.
The Upload interface is pretty generic but it get's the job done. It will only allow you to upload maps with the.uz2 extension.
This server sits on an OC-12 Backbone. And is located in Binghamton NY. It is hosted by STNY RoadRunner.

Pretty simple to upload.
The redirection url is:
http://ut2k3maps.gaming.stny.com/maps/

If I see the server being abused, I will not allow uploading of files. But I will allow the redirection. For maps to be added you will have to submit them in a different way and they will be added to the redirection upon my approval. I am doing it this way for now so you people can upload your maps and have them immediately available for redirection. If it's abused, You will have to wait.
