Cannot connect to my own server

Hi everyone, well I just recently started my own server and it is online and I can find it in the Unreal server search however I cannot join my own server which is hosted on gameservers.com. Any suggestions? Here is my command line:

server DM-Heatray?maxplayers=18 -multihome=217.163.28.145 -port 7777 -unattended -login=WorcesterUT3 -password=******* -log=GameServers.log -nohomedir

If your server is at 217.163.28.145 then its just simply down. Ask your GSP or manually restart \ start server via CP.

I restarted the server just now, the server can't be down if I can go into unreal myself and see it there? (31st January, I solved the problem, thanks)
