deidicated server admin info

Hi Guys

ive found out how to start a dedicated server on my network host so i can connect off my client. The server will be used for 1 on 1 matches only. My question is how do i become an admin so i can alter varoius settings that are required within the 1 on 1 rules (clan bse)

Games are played with the following settings:
Adrenaline Off
Bplayersmustbeready On
DamageAmplifier Off
Fraglimit 0
ForceRespawn On
PowerUps On
Redeemer Off
Timelimit 15
Translocator Off
WeaponStay Off

i can change certain certain settings within game but several i cant.
Also id like to be able to restart and change maps without having to start the server up again.Ive seen on some server that guys get a 'XXXXXX logged in as a server admin', i guess i need to do this, but how?

I have scoured the net but as im a complete newb where this kind of stuff is concerend im struggling to inderstand some of it. So any comments or hints or suggestions would be gratfully apprieciated.

ok as an update to this, i have figured out how to get to the webadmin page, but for some reason it wont accept my log in details....am i right in saying my log in details are the same as the log in details for this site? Or am i on the wrong track?
