How do I enable Translocator in DM?

I wanna put the translocator in dm is there a line to add in the ini file?

I tried that and it still doesn't work.What section of the InI are you putting it in I tried most of em!

Can be in either the startup command (ucc server DM-Antalus?Translocator=true) or in the Admin Switch comannd (admin switch DM-Antalus?XGame=XGame.xDeathMatch?Translocator=true). Haven't found a place in the INI to turn it on/off yet
