Windows/Linux Dedicated LAN server

I'm trying to configure a dedicated Windows & Linux UT2003 server for a LAN-Party without internet.
I'm allmost done but both server keep trying to connect to masterservers.

I've read some posts about this problem, but can't find any real solutions ???

Can some1 tell me how to fix this problem?

Edit the following in your .ini file under the heading

[IpDrv.MasterServerUplink]
DoUplink=False
UplinkToGamespy=False
DoLANBroadcast=True
SendStats=False

and all should be fine
