Is there a tool that allows me to launch UT server remotely?

I am new to the game of managing my own game server but I would love to know if there is a tool that allows me to launch my server remotely, say if the server crashes. Thanks in advance for any help regarding this issue.

I use Winvnc to remotely start UCC, it'll let you control another PC from anywhere on the internet. Here's a link.

You could also use Firedaemon to start the server as a service and set it to restart the service automatically if it crashes or fails
