Same old same old >> no master server advertising

Even with the retail version and a handy-dandy CD key (valid & paid-for) I can not seem to get beyond this //server not advertising// malarky. SOMEONE has to have beaten this dog down somewhere.

Direct IP >> 216.238.161.68 (ut.lledgerock.com)
Linux box (what else?)
connected NIC>>linksys 4 port switch>>Cisco 3000 router >> frame based T1

I still get the "Master server connection failed"
And my server doesn't get advertised.

I'm at a total loss. :angry:
