How Do i Stop the Advertising ONLINE

Does Advertising online slow down the Server ?

Either way...can someone tell me what lines I am to edit in what file to disable the Advertising ?
I am using the FREE Dedicated Server

I beleive its the ut2003.ini

Nope no slow dow just makes it appear in the browser list.

These settings worked to keep BDB's Map Vote test server from showing up in the Master Browser list.
