Registration problems

I tried to get a few new people to sign up here and they claim that it gives them an "invalid page" error when they attempt to.

I tried to logout and see if I could go through with the registration process, but it told me invalid page when I clicked the log out link.

I'm obviously registered here but how about a name change?
The name I want and the name takened hasn't been used in 5 years.
