There shouldn't be a UBrowser.dll. Haven't seen this one before but it's definately a cheat

yes UBrowser is a file.u and .frt if you have a UT Fr but not .dlll !

Any one of those are cheats. That's a list of calls matching from LoadLibraryW, basically any package that's binded that doesn't have a dll that came with the game, shouldn't have a dll in the file list. What UT does is a check for all associated UPackage's for their associated libraries, then makes an attempt to load these packages, if the package HMODULE is null, then the package wont be binded to it's associated dll.
