Dedicated FreeBSD 4.6/4.7 Quits after Face3 Map Change

I'm curious if anyone else is seeing this problem:

I am running FreeBSD v4.7 (upgrade from 4.4, and 4.6)
The machine is running on a Duron 750 w 384 MB RAM.
Whenever I run a server with bots and the map attempts
to change from the CTF-Face3 map, the server dies.

The log shows that it fails to bind the server UDP ports.
(FUPDLink etc etc... failed to bind port)

All other CTF levels change fine as far as I can tell.

Any hints out there?

It looks like ApocDeath and Obiwan have had problems with the same map. They are talking about a WebAdmin crash, but it wouldn't be too surprising if the problem manifested itself a little differently on FreeBSD.
