How can i tell what patch my server is on?

I have inherited a UT3 server that is hosted on Game Servers. I want to upgrade the web admin to 1.7, according to the documantation the server has to be on patch 1.3 to add the 1.7 web admin. How can I find out what patch the server is on?

I think all servers are running Patch 1.3 would be unwise for a gamehost to not install it so proberly no worry to install webmin1.7
