I am currently running a server on my other PC for Unreal (1). Now I would like to run a server for UT2003 on this PC. Problem, I am using a router w/ a built-in firewall and sharing same internet IP address on both PCs. I have tried tutorials on Multiple Internet servers on one machine, Multiple Servers on One Machine (One IP Address, Multiple Ports), and Servers behind NAT/ICS/Firewalls. In my router setup I have the following ports open: 7777, 7778, 7779, 7787, 7788, 8000, 8100, 18000, 18100, 27900, 27902, 28900, and 28902. The Unreal (1) PC server are using ports: 7777, 7778, and 27900. When I try to run a server for Unreal (1) and UT2003 on this PC the servers show up as LAN and showing my PC IP address but not showing up into the server browser. I would like to know how to do this to run all three of these with my router and one internet IP address. I've tried everything I read about and still can't get it to work. Additionally, I am using the full retail version of Unreal (1) using 225f patch and UT2003 using the 2136 patch and no other patches. Thank you in advance for your help.

Don't know if it will help this but do you have ServerName=(external ip) in your ini file? It was in the tutorials that you mentioned so I'm sure you do.

Looks as if you have a port conflict. Both Unreal and UT2003 use port 7777 by default. You'll have to change one of the servers' ports for starters. In UT2003.INI (or whatever INI you're using for your server):

[URL]
Port=7777

You'll need to change that to another port and open it/direct it to the server on your router.

Also, remember some of those ports are UDP and some are TCP. Make sure you have the correct protocols open too.

Finally, make sure this section is present in your INI (adjust to suit your needs):

[IpDrv.MasterServerUplink]
DoUplink=True
UplinkToGamespy=True
SendStats=True
ServerBehindNAT=True
DoLANBroadcast=True

Dont forget that you wont be able to see your own server in the browser even if you have set it all up correctly.....best thing is to try and give the ip to someone and ask them to try and connect to it

:O I disagree, I can see my server in the master server list. My server is on my LAN on a dlink router/switch and I can find it in the list and connect to it that way not only under the LAN tab.

Hey Cookie what's up?!! :) I also have the 704P, it's great! Log in to the router and go to the Advanced Tab. Pick Virtual Server.You should see the 4 headings as follows: ID, Service Ports, Server IP, Enable.
All ports are being forwarded to my server IP 192.168.0.4. I have Web admin running on port 80, the rest are for the game and port 28902 is for the master server. Put port # under Service port, ip under Server IP, and check Enable. Enter all of these, save changes and reboot the router :)

ID- -Service Ports- -Server IP- - Enable
1- -80- -192.168.0.4- -x
2- -7777- -192.168.0.4- -x
3- -7778- -192.168.0.4- -x
4- -7779- -192.168.0.4- -x
5- -7780- -192.168.0.4- -x
6- -7781- -192.168.0.4- -x
7- -7782- -192.168.0.4- -x
8- -7783- -192.168.0.4- -x
9- -7784- -192.168.0.4- -x
10- -7785- -192.168.0.4- -x
11- -7786- -192.168.0.4- -x
12- -7787- -192.168.0.4- -x
13- -28902- -192.168.0.4- -x

Let me know how you make out! :thumbup:

COOL! :thumbup: Glad it works. I don't think I did anything else to have my server show up in the master list. I just sort the list by name and I find it there. I'll check my ini file to see if I did anything else though, just to make sure.
