update server without internet connection?

I´ve donwloaded the update file. How can I update the server without connecting to the internet. I´ve run the command ./update path-to-server but it always wants an internet connection.

just run the patch you downloaded

Thx! I downloaded the *.tar.bz2 file, now all bin-files -> worked.
