Can anyone tell me how to NOT advertise my server? I can't find any option in the Web Console. Is there some entry in some .ini file I can edit?
I want to solve the following problem with this option:
Some people get kicked from my server with the following error message:
Duplicate key or invalid key detected. This even happens when everybody is using a valid key. Any ideas?

Duplicate key - This error is caused when people are using the same key on the server and are not in the same subnet. For example, lets say your on the server from your LAN IP, and you have a CD key that you loaded on another PC on your LAN, when the other PC on your LAN tries to join it's fine, however if the second connection with the same key comes from outside the LAN the key will be recognized as a duplicate.
(Thanks to all the greedy programmers at Epic for this one!)
Next, your issue with advertising the server:
[code:1:8865fd0d2a][IpDrv.MasterServerUplink]
DoUplink=False
UplinkToGamespy=False
SendStats=False
ServerBehindNAT=False
DoLANBroadcast=True[/code:1:8865fd0d2a]

You can solve the duplicate key problem by using the free dedicated server key on the server. You have to manually install it into the registry. Here is a good place to start: http://www.ina-community.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=215255
