Can't access webadmin anymore

I setup my server originally and got everything working fine including webadmin, I haven't logged in for a while and couldn't remember my password, I went back into my .ini and set a new password but it still comes up as authorisation failed, I tried adding to the startup line ?AdminName=xxxxx?AdminPassword=xxxxx but it still refuses to let me in???? Any ideas because this is really pi**ing me off now.!!! :angry:

I checked my server.log and it says user Admin already exists please choose another user???? I added another user and it works ok.
On a seperate note, I am still getting timeout very often when using webadmin, anybody else still getting this.??
