server without key true(original)?

it would like to know if it has as to open a server of ut 3 without having key true(Key CODE)xxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx...
for all also play without needing the true game, with ut3 downloaded of net!!

If you downloaded it from the net, it's probably not legit. You need a valid CD key to play.
