You can also download it here http://www.fileplanet.com/dl/dl.asp?/planetunreal/BDBUnreal/mapvote400b6.zip. It is still in beta stage but works very well. Created By BDB (Bruce Bickar) Plans to finish devopment on MapVote400 and release it to the general public very soon. Besure to get MapVote400b6 or later cause Mapvote3 and early is for Unreal Tournament. Happy UT2K3ing

Yeah my link above still works, just provides the latest version. Mine was updated yesterday as the author emailed me the latest update for mirroring.
