I realize that this is off topic, but I wanted to ask if the server admins could help propogate the news about the LAN party.. it is for the betterment of UT and Unreal Engine games, and totally non-profit to us!

Thanks!

UltraUnreal.com is busy getting stuff ready for its UltraUnreal 2 LAN
event, January 3-6th in Columbus, Ohio! For those of you not already
aware of this event, the last UltraUnreal LAN set the standard for UT
LAN gaming, drawing top competition from all over North America for
several days of competition with just over 200 players!

UltraUnreal2 will be even bigger and better! However, to do our planning
we need to know who's coming, and fast! If you've been putting off signing
up, *now* is the time; drop what you're doing, go to http://www.ultraunreal.com
and sign up now! You can now sign up without prepayment; however we can only
guarantee team seating for prepaid registrations.

Whether you're interested in 1v1 DM and Instagib DM, 4v4 Team Deathmatch,
5v5 Capture the Flag and Domination tournaments for prizes (including a
cash profit sharing purse from the registration fees!), or you just want to play
various UT mods and gametypes with some of the best players around in
pickup sessions and sideline tourneys on a high speed, stable network, UU2
is the single best opportunity to do so! Or, try playing UT in a big five
sided box for total immersion with our Cave UT setup!

This is not a UT event to be missed! Haul yourself over to http://www.UltraUnreal.com
and sign up now!

Because there are expenses:

(1) The cost of the venue, it isnt free :)
(2) The balance of the monies is being pooled to fund player cash prizes.

And DarkByte is coming too... we had to pay him big $$$ to get him here :)
