Tickrate problem
 

I have a problem with our UT3 server. No matter what tickrate we set on our server we can never get it to send out more than 9 packets/second.

This causes the server to behave very sluggish despite that the hardware is more or less idle on the machine.

I might also add that there is a UT server running on the server which works just fine.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this behavior?
