help with new server?
 
I hired a VPS Cloud service and have these settings:

1 Core de 2.0 GHz 512MB RAM 10GB HD 2 mbps

i make server how many players, for nobody have lagg ?

if and I create 2 servers, the machine can support?

my server have 13% loss, what could be my problem?

server is running only for to 10 players.

It's not about server specs. You should look at how well the datacenter is connected to countries and whether they are carried by quality peers.

Are you sure it's a UT server ? you need to set a map like face if you have it in the map folder
LocalMap=CityIntro.unr


just for no mismatch you can remove
ServerPackages=De

if it's ok for your player and ace check use
MaxClientRate=10000
or very max
MaxClientRate=15000

ipdrv section TickRate
NetServerMaxTickRate=40
if it's a windows server you need fix TickRate

if the zp LCPureUtil come from UTPure settings
MinClientRate=1000
