Auto Messages in server
 
Hello, my question is about Auto Messages in a dedicated server.

I saw in some servers that every 3 or 5 minutes a message show up in the Chat Box area, info about the server, clan, web page, etc...

i would like to install it but i dont know where to find it. if u guys can help I would appreciate it :thumbup:

That is what I use but if I recall, there is a newer and better version out there. I can't recall what it is named though. Sorry. Look for it though in this and other forums. Someone will have mentioned it somewhere.

I noticed some serveradds using a sound when the ad is displayed.
Pretty cool!
Is there a version that use a sound?

ServerScroll is what I was thinking of exactly. I don't use it but everyone who has, liked it better than ServerAdds. Thanks (G)ott for putting it out here for him! You too for finding the beta admin.

I may have to take another look-see at these and upgrade my servers already.

It would be great if there was an option to give normal messages a color too.
In this version only adminmessages can have a different color.
Unfortunately i'm not able to alter the code to achieve this:(

If I can find some time, I'll see if I can accommodate this request. I haven't written any UScript code in a LONG time though....
