Debian 6.0 squeeze (64 bit)

Starting Unreal Tournament: sh: cannot create /home/ut/ut-server//Logs/ucc.init.log: Permission denied mv: try to overwrite `/home/ut/ut-server//Logs/ucc.init.log.4', overriding mode 0644 (rw-r--r--)?
I've tried several fresh installations from different sites.
When i type bash ./ucc.init start , stop , restart , etc. it says Permission denied
i have tried as user ( ut ) , and ( root ) , i have the lib32 files so whats the problem?
( Edit , it also says stuff like ./ucc.init: not found , or process ( ut is running , and the process has been killed or something... i cant copy the messages anymore becos it says different ones now -.-
