I have found that the files will ALWAYS download slow if you are not using a redirect server of some sort. It has never mattered whether I was on the same network or not nor how fast the connection was. The files will download slow if they are not from a redirect.
They will also download slow from any redirect the second a file is detected to be corrupt or input wrong. As soon as 1 file fails, all the rest will fail NO MATTER WHAT. Every file on a redirect has to match in capitalization and spelling exactly as the map calls for it. Any variance at all and every file after that variance will fail.
