Now that i have managed to solve most of the problems i faced putting 3 servers online everything is fine and running.
Yeah! Not many players so far but my frends love it.

1 - UT99 Pure -> Popular played maps, voices, skinpacks; UTPure and MapVote - DM, CTF and DOM;
2 - FUNNEL Area -> Funnels and mods, UTPure e MapVote;
3 - Heavy Modded -> DM, CTF, DM, RocketsUT, Sin2Ut, etc..., many mods mods, skins and voices - DM, CTF and DOM;
