also your network configuration , do you have a setup like this;
- Modem > router > pc's?
- or modem > pc?
- or modem > router1 > router2 > pc?
- something else... involves a hub/switch even!.
in-case of option 3 you will need to DMZ router2 on router1 then set above ports in router2.
