You can always disable the DHCP in the router. You must simply reconfigure the tcp connection in each pc with a static IP.

Eg:

Your router IP: 192.168.0.100

TCP Connection on PC1

IP address: 192.168.0.1
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.100
DNS: 151.99.125.2
151.99.125.3 (place here any internet DNS servers)
