You made me laugh with comments about mapvote. Try to find servers without it.
As for IG, without any doubts, UT99 is the best IG ever. Quake tried to do that right too, but they fell far from the target. 2k3 and 2k4 are far from original gameplay as well. Slow moves, huge hitbox, terrible, ugly rag dools AKA "running scissors" and "flying corpses" AKA playing death.
Thanks god, M Rain was actually listening to us when we were begging him to get "team boosting" back into the game. His first response was "What's boosting?"
Epic knows how to work on their own mistakes. But they have no idea why Insta was so popular and 2/3 UT99 servers are still IG. And unfortunately Cliffy hates IG and LowG.
