Relics2
--------
Relics2 is a re-write of the original Relics. The reason for the
re-write was to remove 4.00 compatibility code. The compatibility
code is not needed anymore and it screws up UTPure.

Changes
-----------
1. No armor/shield belt with relic of defense

Features
-----------
1. Relic icons now work for spectators

Other than that. Not much has changed.
