In case you are using ServerExt's ReservedSlots you can change the kick reason simply by editing ServerExt.int
Under the section [SlotManager] you'll find a setting KickMsg you can replace that with whatever you want. A "%s" in that string will be replaced with name of the player the user had to make room for.
