As far as i know i try to find a good tdm balance mutator to have a nice and fair game.
i run a server that i want to replace as much as i can the Dutchnet TDM server that closed on 1 of march.
part of the job is done on the server but the most important thing still not solved cause i still search a good teams balance mutator that have to check every 1 minute or so to balance the team.
one guy tryed to do a good mutator and i think is good but i still can not reach him---maybe he is gone on MARS
