Ok, I've read through many posts through some forums about Servers and UT, but they're all about Dedicated Servers, i just want to set up a simple server, for my friend and I to play, with some bots. But whenever i try to make a game, I tell him my internet IP and tell him to type that into the Open Location option of UT. I See his name in the scoreboard (F1) but he says he's still on the Connecting screen, the one with the UT Logo. His ping is around 300-400 at this point, and he isn;t able to connect, it just sticks to that screen. Now Just last night, it worked, we played like an hour game. But this morning it didn't. whats going on? I have DSL internet. And I'm not using a Router.
